Japan’s iconic music show, Music Station, returns with a special 2-hour broadcast on March 21, airing on TV Asahi at 8:00 PM. This highly anticipated episode features a star-studded lineup, including Southern All Stars, SixTONES, Number_i, Aimyon, and Timelesz, bringing unforgettable performances to the stage.

⭐ Southern All Stars: A Grand Comeback with New Music

After a two-year hiatus, Southern All Stars is making their return to Music Station, performing three tracks from their highly anticipated 16th studio album, "THANK YOU SO MUCH":
✔ "Jeanne d’Arc ni Yoroshiku", a powerful rock anthem and a 2024 sports theme song.
✔ "Gomen ne Kaasan", a dark and emotional song that has been trending on social media for its cinematic storytelling.
✔ "Yume no Uchū Ryokō", a track featured in TV commercials.

Among these, "Gomen ne Kaasan" has sparked intense discussions online due to its impactful lyrics and haunting theme, making it one of the night’s must-watch performances.

🎤 Timelesz Debuts with 8 Members for the First Time

For the first time, Timelesz will appear on Music Station as an 8-member group, following the addition of new members through the "Timelesz Project - AUDITION". They will perform their first-ever digital single, "Rock this Party", a song celebrating unity and perseverance.

Group members Fuma Kikuchi, Shori Satō, and Sō Matsushima contributed to writing the song, which was also the final challenge in the audition show. Matsushima describes it as a song of brotherhood and determination, while Satō highlights its party-like spirit, symbolizing the group's bond.

New member Takuto Teranishi shared an interesting choreography detail: the clock movement in the dance references Sexy Zone’s debut date (11/16) and the day the new members joined (02/05).

🎬 SixTONES, Aimyon & More: Movie and Drama Soundtracks Take the Stage

The night will also feature performances of songs from popular movies and dramas:
🎶 SixTONES will perform "Barrier", the theme song for a film starring Jesse, who revealed that the lyrics are written from his character’s perspective.
🎶 Aimyon will debut "Sketch" and "Kimi no Yume o Kikinagara, Boku wa Wareru Idea o!", featured in the movie Doraemon: Nobita no Esekai Monogatari.
🎶 SUPER BEAVER will celebrate their 20th anniversary with "Kataomoi", a song featured in a drama series.
🎶 SEKAI NO OWARI will mark their 15th anniversary with "Kohaku", a movie soundtrack.
🎶 Number_i will perform "GOD_i" for the first time on TV. Produced by Kyuta Kishi, this track has already surpassed 21 million streams, breaking their own records.
🎶 Macaroni Enpitsu will wrap up the night with "NOW LOADING", another hit movie theme.

As part of this special, Music Station will present a ranking of legendary debut songs, divided into the Shōwa, Heisei, and Reiwa eras. Viewers will get a rare chance to revisit historic performances, reliving the debut moments of some of Japan’s biggest music legends.
